Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken caracas (or 8 chicken wings)
3 celery ribs, rough chopped
3 carrots, rough chopped
1 onion, rough chopped
12 cups water
(1 sprig fresh thyme, bay leaf)
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, place the rotisserie chicken and then add in all of the veggies. Pour the water over the top. Place the lid on and cook for 8 hours on LOW. Strain the veggies and chicken caracas out of the broth. Scoop the broth into plastic deli containers or into ziploc bags. Store in the freezer till you are ready to use.
