Former Town of Luther Treasurer Surrenders In Embezzlement Case

A former treasurer for the town of Luther surrenders to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Department.

Donita Gayle Roby, 42, surrendered at the Oklahoma County Detention Center on Wednesday, February 5. Roby is facing one count of embezzlement by employee and eight counts of unauthorized use of a computer.

Roby's booking came after nearly three months of investigating the case. Roby was released after paying $50,000 bail.
