According to reports from the Thunder, Russell Westbrook suffered a sprained right knee in Friday night's double overtime victory against Toronto.
Westbrook was escorted off the floor during the third quarter after a collision with Raptor guard Kyle Lowry. OKC's All-Star point guard never returned from the locker room in the 119-118 Thunder win.
After the collision, Westbrook immediately called a timeout and punched the floor before being surrounded by his teammates. The injury occurred with 7:37 left in the third.
The injury should give Thunder fans pause, as it occurred to his right knee, which he has had three surgeries on in the past year.

Westbrook had 15 points and three rebounds on 5-of-13 shooting in the contest.
He will be reevaluated on Saturday.
