There are storms in the state ongoing from overnight. They are moving east and eventually will leave the state.
Temperatures in the state are currently in the 60s and 70s Thursday morning under partly cloudy skies.
A cold front will move into central Oklahoma before noon, generating thunderstorms as it moves through the state.
Some of those storms may be heavy to severe, and the further east in Oklahoma and Arkansas you go, there may be a chance for a tornado or two.
The temperatures will drop after the front passes your area, upper 60s by sundown and cooler overnight. The north wind will keep us cool into Friday as well.
