Firefighters have put out a house fire in southwest Oklahoma City, Tuesday morning.
According to the fire department, just before 8 a.m., crews responded to the fire at a home located in the 13000 block of Almond Drive, near S.W 134th and Santa Fe.
The residents made it out of the home safely. Firefighters on the scene reported seeing heavy smoke coming out of the home. The fire was fully-involved.
Crews evacuated homes on each side of the house that's on fire.
No one was injured. The fire department's Twitter account said the fire was started by a heating lamp in the dog house. Damage is estimated at $300,000.
