The Canadian County Sheriff's Office reported this week they arrested three men seeking sex with an undercover Sheriff's Deputy posing to be a 14-year-old female.

On Monday, investigators arrested Colby Ray Kile, 23 of Elmore City, after he drove his Ford pickup from Elmore City to Southwest 15th and Morgan Road to meet up with and have sex with a 14-year-old girl. Kile, Facebook friendship requested the undercover deputy believing he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl. After the friendship request was accepted, Kile took the dialogue to private messaging and began a sexually explicit conversation, and text a nude photograph of himself to the undercover Sheriff's Deputy.

As part of the investigation, Sheriff's Deputies learned Kile possessed a 2013 Felony conviction for Second Degree Rape; for actually having sex with a real live 14-year-old female.

“This is exactly the reason I'm committed to this program. Here we have a convicted child rapist who's still pursuing children for sex, even while on supervised probation,” said Randall Edwards, Canadian County Sheriff.

On Monday morning, Kile sent a text message asking if the under-aged girl could meet, and then made arrangements to hook up with her. Kile admitted to investigators he knew it was illegal to carry on with a 14-year-old in such a manner, but he intended to meet her and have sex with the under-aged girl anyway.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Kile was taken into custody after he arrived at the predetermined location and was identified by sheriff's investigators. Kile was transported to the Canadian County Sheriff's Jail and booked on Soliciting Sex With a Minor, and Committing Lewd Acts With a Child Under the Age of Sixteen. His bond was established at $200,000.00 and he remains in jail.

Robert Grosskopf, 23, of Oklahoma City, was arrested by Sheriff's Deputies on Tuesday afternoon after he initiated an online relationship with a Canadian County Sheriff's Deputy posing to be a 14-year-old female, and then made arrangements to meet her to have sex.

An investigator posing to be a 14-year-old girl accepted a Facebook friendship request from Grosskopf who began a sexually explicit conversation with the girl. Deputies met up with and arrested Grosskopf after he took a taxi cab from his residence in Northwest Oklahoma City to a retail convenience store located at the corner of Reno Ave and Czech Hall Road to hook up with the under-aged girl for sex.

Grosskopf admitted to investigators that he was coming to meet and engage in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl that he met on Facebook. Grosskopf also told investigators he knew what he was doing was not only wrong, but illegal.

“Just when you think you've seen it all, you arrest someone who took a taxi-cab to rape a child, because he didn't have a car of his own,” said Edwards.

Grosskopf was transported to the Canadian County Jail and booked on Soliciting Sex With a Minor. His bond was established at $50,000.00 and he remains in jail.

Sheriff's Investigator's arrested David Miller, 23 of Foss, Oklahoma, on Wednesday afternoon when he drove to a convenience store in the Yukon area to have sex with a 14-year-old girl. Miller initiated an illegal conversation with an undercover Sheriff's Investigator posing to be a 14- year-old girl. Not only did Miller send graphic nude photographs of himself, but he also asked for nude photographs in return.

Miller was taken into custody and transported to the Canadian County Jail, where he was booked on Soliciting Sex With a Minor, and Committing Lewd Acts With a Child Under the Age of Sixteen. His bond was established at $100,000.00 and he remains in custody.

“There's no telling how many young children are being spared because of the dedication and professional work my deputies routinely perform in this area. I'm extremely proud of their commitment,” Edwards said.

The Sheriff's ICAC unit continues to operate under the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations ICAC task force, and is assisted with polygraph examinations by Special Agents of the United States Secret Service.
