Rustic Honey Plum Tart
1 refrigerated pie crust
4 fresh plum, sliced thin
3 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 beaten egg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the pie crust on the parchment and gently roll out a bit. Then place the plums in the center of the crust. Drizzle with honey. Fold up the sides leaving the center exposed. brush the crust with beaten egg and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake for 20 minutes.
