Peanut Butter Protein Power Balls
1/3 cup Peanut Powder
3 Tablespoons of honey
1/2 cups of old fashioned oats
1/2 cup rice cereal
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
ADD:
2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
2-3 teaspoons water
In a medium sized bowl combine all of the ingredients except the water. Stir together and then add the water 1 teaspoon at a time till you can form a ball. Using a small cookie scoop and slightly damp hands, roll the mixture into balls and place on a plate. Chill in the refrigerator till you are ready to eat.
