The first College Football Playoff rankings were unveiled on Tuesday, and both Oklahoma and Oklahoma State cracked the top 15. OSU came in at No. 14 and OU was one spot behind at 15.
Big 12 rival TCU came in at No. 8 and Baylor came in at No. 6.
The committee’s top four, in order, was Clemson, LSU, Ohio State and Alabama. ‘Bama is the only one-loss team in the top four.
OSU (8-0, 5-0) hosts TCU (8-0, 5-0) this Saturday in one of the biggest games in school history. Oklahoma (7-1, 4-1) hosts Iowa State (3-5, 2-3).
