The surveillance video shows 58-year-old Fred Hubbard being punched hard in the face, and then shows him falling to the ground.

The video shows his attacker walk out the front door while his accomplice acts like nothing's happened.

“I don't know who it was,” Hubbard said. “ I never seen them before!”

Hubbard even asks the man at the counter why they hit him.

That's when the guy who first attacked him came back into the store and punched him again

Hubbard said the two men first approached him outside in the parking lot of the Avash Food Mart located near SW 22 Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, and asked him to buy a bike.

When he refused, they asked him to buy them beer. When he refused again, they followed him into the store.

News 9 showed Hubbard the video of the attack that was captured by the store's surveillance cameras.

The police report states the clerk at the store saw the two attackers walk toward the Parkview Village Apartments, located across the street and not far from where Hubbard lives.

But he said this attack won't keep him from visiting his neighborhood store.

Hubbard said he hopes police catch the two who attacked him before he does.

He said he has a busted lip and sore neck and head because of the attack, but those were his only injuries.

If you recognize the men in the attack, call Crime Stoppers at (405) 235-7300.
