A man was arrested on multiple complaints, including second-degree murder, after being accused of driving drunk and causing a crash in Logan County that claimed one person’s life back in 2015.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s office, on Friday, Nathaniel Keith Allen, 56, was arrested by the US Marshals Office and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Deputies said Allen was driving under the influence of alcohol, resulting in a traffic collision that killed a passenger in the other vehicle involved.
Allen has had several DUI arrests in the past, according to the Sheriff’s office. He has been booked into the Logan County Jail on multiple charges, including a felony count of second-degree murder, causing a collision while under the influence of alcohol resulting in great bodily injury, and driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, after former felony convictions. He’s being held on $100,000 bond.
