OKCPD Arrest Third Suspect In Sam's Club Purse Snatching

The Oklahoma City Police Department found their third man in a recent purse snatching. 

Jesse Bills was the last of three suspects arrested for the theft which occurred in a Sam's Club parking lot at the beginning of this month.

The victim suffered a broken nose and 40 stitches in her face due to the incident.
