The Art of a Charcuterie Board
- Assorted cheese (Parmesan, gouda, brie, goat and stinky cheese)
- Assorted salami or sausages
- almonds or nuts of your choice
- olives
- gherkin pickles
- sweet jam
- apricots or grapes
- amaretto almond honey
- Place all of the ingredients on a large cutting board or serving board.
- Arrange the cheeses and meats on the board. Fill in the spaces with nuts and dried fruits.
- Add the honey and sweet jams in tiny dishes.
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
How to make amaretto honey:
- 1 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons toasted almonds
- 1 tablespoon amaretto liquor.
- Stir together and serve with your favorite cheese board.
- Store the honey in the fridge until you are ready to use.
