The Oklahoma House of Representatives has passed a $7.6 billion spending plan.
The plan includes teacher pay raises and funding increases in common education, health care, human services and criminal justice reforms.
The vote was 63-31.
The budget is a $745 million increase over the Fiscal Year 2018 appropriated budget.
