The Oklahoma City City Council plans to vote on a settlement in a lawsuit against former police officer Daniel Holtzclaw. He is accused of excessive force in 2013.
City leaders are expected to make a decision on the $25,000 settlement Tuesday, March 26.
Holtzclaw is currently serving a 236-year sentence for the 2015 conviction of rape and other sexual offenses.
