Man Dies After Getting Hit By SUV In NW OKC

A man is dead after he was hit by a black SUV near NW 10th and MacArthur early Wednesday.

The man was walking down NW 10th St at the Purdue St. Intersection when the SUV hit him and fled.

Officers on scene said the victim, in his 50s or 60s, was in very bad shape when taken away and they didn't think he would make it.

A witness saw the accident and called police. They are still looking for the suspect.
