We have had some big flash flooding events this year. We are setting up for another one as the moisture from Tropical Storm Bill move up and through the state.
The heaviest rainfall looks to be in the eastern part of the state were over six inches of rainfall will be possible late Wednesday into Thursday.
A flash flood watch is in effect for central and eastern Oklahoma through Thursday evening. There is a slight risk of a tornado as the center of circulation approaches Wednesday.
