Charges have been filed against the Oklahoma City police officer accused of sexually assaulting several women while he was on duty patrolling the streets.

The DA has filed additional charges against Daniel Holtzclaw. The charges include allegations of sexual battery, indecent exposure, first-degree burglary for entering one victim's home, oral sex, rape, stalking and intentionally touching a victim's body in a lewd and lascivious manner.

Holtzclaw was originally arrested on a total of eight felony counts. He is being held at the Oklahoma County jail on a $5 million bond.

Oklahoma City police had said that they had identified a total of seven women who had come in contact with Holtzclaw, and who said he sexually assaulted them by either having them undress in front of him, or forcing them to perform sex acts upon him.

On Friday, Captain Nelson with the Oklahoma City Police Department told News 9 an eighth victim is now part of the investigation.

Police said all the reported assaults occurred between Lincoln Blvd. and I-35 and between N.E. 14th and N.E. 50th streets.

Now, Holtzclaw's attorney has filed a motion to reduce Holtzclaw's bond significantly, but he has been waiting for the official charges to be presented before he presents it to the judge.

Holtzclaw's family has hired high profile defense attorney Scott Adams to represent him. He is asking for Holtzclaw's bond to be reduced to $139,000, claiming the officer is not a flight risk nor danger to the public.

The judge who set the $5 million bond disputes that, saying Holtzclaw did research on his alleged victims and even tracked them down.
