Suspect Bails After High-Speed Police Chase In SW OKC

Residents in a neighborhood near S.W. 45th and Rancho were on edge after a high speed chase came to an end and the driver bailed.

It's been a long night for that neighborhood. It all started just before 3 a.m. Friday.

Police actually started the chase on S.W. 48th street. The suspect is accused of stealing a white truck. He then stopped in someone's driveway and hit that person's Black Ford Mustang, according to police.

Officers even used their K-9 units to track the suspect down.

At this time, the suspect is still on the run. Oklahoma City police have not said if they're still looking for that suspect.
