Police release the identity of a homicide victim in southwest Oklahoma City.

Police say Justin Lamont Williams, 24, was found dead Tuesday afternoon at the scene of an accident at I-240 and S. Walker.

Investigators believe Williams was shot in the parking lot of the Windsong Village Apartments in the 7200 block of S. Walker. After being shot, the victim drove south on Walker, eventually crashing into a truck in the 7400 block of S. Walker.

Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
