OKLAHOMA CITY -

A teenage girl says she was sexually assaulted by another employee while working at a Golden Corral restaurant near Interstate 240 and Pennsylvania Avenue.

The victim said she went to empty trash in a room at the back of the restaurant on August 7. Luis Alberto, 21, walked in behind her and closed the door.

According to the police report, Alberto grabbed the girl from behind and began groping and fondling her. The victim told him to stop and tried to push him away, but Alberto continued the assault. The girl told police he put his hand down her pants, and pulled down his own pants.

The victim said that's when another worker entered the room. Alberto was startled, and that allowed the victim to break free. She immediately ran to an emergency exit and went outside.

Another employee told police he saw the victim when same came outside, and she was extremely upset and visibly shaking. The victim told the witness what happened, and he convinced her to tell a manager.

The restaurant called police. When officers arrived, they arrested Alberto and booked him into the Oklahoma County jail for first degree rape by instrumentation.
