NORMAN, Oklahoma -
Two pastors
are now living out on the streets of Norman in an effort to raise awareness
about homelessness, as we head into the most dangerous time of year for them, winter.
On Thursday
night we expect lows to dip into the 50s, but we've had a taste of winter. And
freezing temperatures in the winter months will be dangerous for hundreds, if
not thousands of homeless people living right here in OKC.
The pastors
plan to spend a total of 10 days out on the streets. The goal is to build
relationships and better understand how the community can help get people off
the streets.
