A man accused of driving drunk and causing a fatal accident stands trial for manslaughter.
Police say Jerry Davis was drunk when he drove his motorcycle into the back of a car in 2010, killing his passenger, 53-year-old Patricia Dixon.

Davis' defense team says they're working to prove he was not driving when the accident happened.
"The defense feels like police botched the investigation," said David Slane, defense attorney. "We believe it's very sloppy and we think a lot of mistakes were made."
If Davis is found guilty, he could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.
