Durcho Trial Enters Second Day

OKLAHOMA CITY -

A judge is working to determine an accused murderer's, Joshua Durcho, mental capacity in the second day of the trial, Thursday.

Durcho is charged with the murders of his girlfriend Summer Rust and her four children in El Reno back in 2009.

The defense is expected to call a South Carolina "psychology specialist" to testify on Monday.
