Parents Of Edmond Infant Who Died Appears Before A Grand Jury

The parents of 9-month-old Jake Hedger appeared in front of a grand jury Tuesday.

Jake stopped breathing while at his babysitter's in March of 2011. He died the next day. The medical examiner ruled Jake died from a head injury but no one has been arrested.

The Edmond Police Department said it asked the District Attorney to have the attorney general convene the grand jury because Jake's parents and the babysitter refused police interviews and polygraph tests.

The attorney for Jake's parents say they both passed an independent polygraph test.
