HENNESSEY, Oklahoma -- A Hennessey police officer was arrested for child sexual abuse Wednesday.
The Kingfisher County District Attorney's Office requested OSBI agents investigate allegations of child sexual abuse against Officer Patrick Clay Stackhouse.
After less than a week of collecting information and conducting interviews, OSBI agents arrested the 28-year-old Wednesday afternoon after accusing him of molesting a 10-year-old family member.
The little girl told a school counselor the abuse had been going on since she was 8. According to court papers, Stackhouse admitted the abuse to the OSBI.
Stackhouse was booked into the Kingfisher County Jail on one count of child sexual abuse. More charges are possible. He could face up to life in prison.
