Operation Boot Camp, Month 2 - Day 15
Oh, yeah...we did boot camp "old school" style today. There was no "Top Gun" or "Centipede" for us. No, we did "Pushin' It" again like we did last month, but this time it was a little harder, apparantly the way they did in the early days of Operation Boot Camp. We started with 5 minutes of sprints, then went to the nice wet, muddy grassy area and did the push-up hold for 5 minutes. Well, it would have been five minutes but someone put their knees on the ground, which adds penalty time.
We did the sprints for 5 minutes, then push-up hold for five minutes. Then four minutes, then three...you get the point. It was a killer on the core (the torso) and we all felt it when we did our sit-ups! Speaking of the core, and not to brag, but I'm starting to see some abdominal muscles. It's all starting to pay off.
