½ Cup Flour
½ Cup Bread Crumbs (Panko)
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
Salt and Pepper
2 Tablespoons Clarified Butter
- Slice/butterfly pork loin
- Dip pork loin in flour, egg and bread crumbs
- Brown on each side and drizzle with lemon juice
