No one was injured when a man fired a shot during a fight outside a north Oklahoma City church Monday night.

Two men started fighting during a basketball game at Memorial Road Church of Christ near the Oklahoma Christian University campus, police said. The argument carried on to the parking lot where one of the men pulled a gun and fired a shot.

The shooter left the scene and the other man was caught by Oklahoma Christian University security, police said.

Police found guns and drugs in the second man's car and are still looking for the shooter.

"Ministries that  churches have and everything else draws in the crowd," said Capt. Billy Wales with Edmond Police. "You're going to have tempers that flare, competitive tempers, and it's going to lead over to sometimes unfortunately to choices like this."
