Exercising is helping me sleep

So this week I have found myself sleeping better and getting up better.  This exercising is not only helping me lose weight but also giving me better sleeping habits. Before I would get up 10 minutes before I have leave for work because I had no energy. 

I have found myself trying to keep busy in the evening time, I just don't want to sit and watch TV but I do find time to watch "Big Brother" (love that show.)

I finally cleaned my spare bedroom which became the "junk room." One would think that the less you did you would be better rested and have more energy, but quite the opposite I have learned. 

I have lost a total of 11.4 pounds and very excited.  Kevin and I are doing great even though the scales do not show it for Kevin, but man he is getting built with muscle.  I am just glad his blood sugars are coming down; they are now at 140 which is a lot better. He goes to the doctors today for a checkup and I am so excited to tell the doctor what he has been doing and how we both are changing our lives. 

I would really love it for one day Kevin not have to take any medicine or check his blood sugars constantly because that is no way for a 28-year-old man to live that is for when you get old and we are not old yet.

 Well wish us luck we have weigh in today, keep ya'll posted.
