Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to affect the state Tuesday evening, with the heaviest storms remaining in southeast Oklahoma.
As this storm system moves through the southern plains Tuesday, flooding risk will continue for parts of the state. Up to six inches of rain has fallen in some locations, and more rain is expected this afternoon.
By early Wednesday, most of the rain will end in the state. Several pleasant days are in store before another storm system will impact the region late this weekend with the chance for more showers.
