Tulsa man deemed incompetent

A Tulsa man accused of killing two children and attempting to kill a third has been deemed incompetent to stand trial.

Authorities say last July Joshua Muller fired an assault rifle into a car killing a 16-year-old boy and 12-year-old-girl, and wounding another child.

Muller was later caught near Lawton after a three-day manhunt.

A Tulsa psychologist says Muller has difficulty relating the facts of his case and cannot assist his legal counsel. The psychologist also said, with treatment, Muller may be able to attain competency at some point.
