Tulsa police are looking for a driver who injured a pregnant woman and killed her unborn baby.
Amber Renfro, 22, was waiting for a bus on Saturday when a car hit her and sped off. Eyewitnesses said three people were in the white, late 1980s model Jeep Cherokee that hit Renfro.
She suffered several fractures, a spinal injury and a shattered pelvis. Her baby boy was delivered by emergency c-section but did not survive.
"They know right from wrong. Yeah they don't know they affected...they impacted two lives just like that," said Kelly Anquoe, Amber's mother.
This is the Renfro family's second tragedy in the past year. Renfro and her husband lost their baby daughter last May to a rare form of lung cancer. The baby was only five months old.
