Tulsa Police said the victim was taken to a hospital where they should be OK. The driver was not at fault, police report.

A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Tulsa on Saturday, police say.

It happened around 7 p.m. at 2500 S. Sheridan Rd. near E. 25th Place, according to Tulsa Police.

Police said the victim, who has not been named, stepped out into traffic.

The driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene and cooperated with police. They said that person is not at fault.

The victim was taken to a hospital, police said they should be OK.
