Several counties in southwestern Oklahoma had severe storms, with high winds and some hail. These storms will continue to move east towards the Oklahoma City metro through the night.

Current Watches/Warnings:

  1. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, McClain, and Oklahoma County until 2:30am.
  2. Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Caddo, Comanche, Grady, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Stephens, Tillman and Washita County until 4:00am.
  3. Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Carter, Cleveland, Garvin, Love, McClain and Murray County until 4:00am.

  4. A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for Comanche County until 3:30 a.m.


What Is The Weather Going To Be Like On Thursday, May 2?

Thursday will be another warm day and a cold front arrives.

This will bring in a chance for rain and storms across central Oklahoma. A couple of severe storms are possible tomorrow with a hail and wind threat.
