Brookhaven Nursing Home In Norman Confirms 5 Coronavirus Cases At Facility

Brookhaven Nursing Home in Norman said there are five confirmed cases of COVID-19 in their facility.

Officials said they became aware of some of the cases on Wednesday.

All of the residents who have tested positive are being isolated. The infected residents have not been taken to the hospital because their symptoms are not severe enough, facility officials said.

The onsite medical director will evaluate who else might need testing at the facility, officials said.

None of the confirmed cases include nursing home staff members.
