Charges Dismissed Against 3 Men Accused Of Assault

The Tulsa County District Attorney dismisses assault charges against three men, saying it’s in the best interest of justice.

Investigators originally said Gage Gleeson, Kobe Molet, Wyatt Scribner, and Kevin French used a skateboard to attack a man.

On Tuesday, charges were dismissed against Gleeson, Molet, and Scribner, records show.  French pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor.
