Greek Salad

  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 3 seeded & cubed tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced 
  • Kalamata olives
  • 4 slices feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Place the veggies evenly in 4 shallow bowls.
  2. Top with a slice of feta cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese with oregano.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  5. Add salt and pepper as needed.
