Medical Marijuana Dispensary Coming To Donnay Building

A major facelift is coming to Classen Circle and the old Donnay building.

The 70 year old building was bought after previous owners withdrew plans to knock down the building to make way for a Braum’s restaurant.

The plan now is to turn the old drunken fry into a medical marijuana dispensary and give the building a facelift.

“The dispensary will be a three month build from the time it starts,” says Architect Dan Govin with Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

Large windows of the Classen Dispensary will be a prominent part of the remodel.

Govin is pricing out options for the remodel for the new owners of the building.

One option includes an outdoor patio for the Hi-Lo club.

“I’d like to think you could take a six to eight month time space and have a facelift on this building,” says Govin.
