Midwest City Police Investigating Shooting Of Juvenile

Police are investigating a shooting near Midwest City, Thursday morning. 

Police said neighbors reported hearing a crash and gunshots near Northeast 16th Street and Post Road. Another neighbor said he saw a group of 5 or 6 teenagers causing a commotion outside his window. 

The neighbor went to ask the group what they were doing, and they said they were in an accident. 

The neighbor had his firearm pointed at them at this time while wife called police. 

Teens secured the gun and took off running down railroad tracks toward N Post Rd. Police said they found a van crashed out with four juveniles.

One was suffering a gunshot wound to the leg. No description of the suspect has been released. 

All juveniles are considered victims at this time and are being questioned
