Two Arrested After Break-In At Edmond Beauty Supply Store
EDMOND, Oklahoma - Police arrested two suspects after a break-in at an Edmond beauty supply store, Monday morning.
Police said they're investigating a second-degree burglary at a Sally Beauty Supply Store near East 33rd Street and South Broadway.
According to Edmond P.D., two thieves broke a window vent outside the store and stole a money bag around 4:30 a.m. A tracking device on the money bag led police to suspects at a 7/11 store near Hefner and May in Oklahoma City.
Several patrol cars surrounded the suspect's red vehicle in the convenience store parking lot.
Two suspects were taken into custody after 5:00 a.m. Police said they're working to determine if the suspects are connected to other robbery crimes in the area.
The store manager told News 9 the store will still open Monday.
The suspects have not yet been identified.
