News 9 Flashback (1980): Mount St. Helens Erupts, Killing 57

While the world watches Kilauea erupt in Hawaii in 2018, we recently passed the 38th anniversary of the Mount St. Helens eruption in 1980.

That eruption killed 57 people and sent ash across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
