Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2⁄3 cup milk
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted (divided)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium sized bowl mix together the Bisquick, 4 tablespoons butter, milk, and cheese till a dough forms.
  4. Place 12 scoops of biscuit dough onto baking sheet and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Use the remaining butter by adding in the garlic salt and Old Bay Seasoning. Stir.
  6. Remove the biscuits from the oven and brush with melted seasoned butter.
  7. Serve warm.
