Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Loaf

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, smashed banana, oil, milk vanilla, spices, salt.
  3. Using an electric hand mixer combine the ingredients and slowly add in the flour till mixed thoroughly.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips.
  5. To make the cream cheese filling, beat together all of the cream cheese filling ingredients.
  6. Pour 1/4 of the pumpkin batter into the bottom of each loaf pan, then add equal amounts of the cream cheese mixture to each loaf pan.
  7. Top with the remaining pumpkin batter. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until cooked through.
