Avocado & NY Deli Toast

Avocado Toast

  • 2 slices wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado, smashed
  • 2 eggs, fried
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Melted butter
  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the eggs according to how you prefer them.
  2. While the eggs are cooking toast the bread.
  3. Once the bread is toasted brush with butter.
  4. To assemble the toast: Place 1/2 of the smashed avocado on the bread.
  5. Top with one fried egg.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with Sriracha sauce.

NY Deli Toast

  • 2 slices wheat bread, toasted
  • 4 sliced smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Fresh chives and dill
  1. Once the bread is toasted brush with melted butter.
  2. Add a smear of cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with chives and sliced cucumbers.
  4. Top with smoked salmon and fresh dill sprigs.
