Light Greek Layer Dip

  • 1 container Light cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 container original flavor Hummus
  • 1 cucumber, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pita chips
  • Baked scoops
  1. In small bowl mix together the cream cheese, Greek seasoning and the juice of 1 lemon.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom of a pie pan.
  3. Spread the prepared hummus on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Continue layering with the cucumber, tomatoes, green onions and feta cheese.
  5. Add olives if you like.
  6. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve with veggies and baked pita chips.
