Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken fajita meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoon buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lightly flour surface to roll out crescent dough. Seal all of the dough cracks.
  4. In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, chopped chicken and blue cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture over the crescent rolls and then roll up (like cinnamon rolls) setting seam side down.
  6. Cut pinwheels every 1/2 inch and place on baking sheet.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
