OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Victor Oladipo surprised dozens of homeless children on Monday.

He partnered with IBC Bank to bring an early Christmas at Positive Tomorrows school.

Full of energy and excitement, Oladipo burst into classrooms to brighten the kids’ holidays.

“Just hearing how they all got here, hearing the ups and downs and the struggles, is humbling for me,” said Oladipo.

Getting a visit from the basketball player wasn’t their only gift. He came with brand new Jordan basketball shoes for all the children. Each pair was sized just right for their feet.

The kids put on their bright red kicks and jumped up and down, screaming "thank you."

Oladipo also danced with and sang for the children, answered any of their questions, and gave them big hugs all around. It was an unforgettable day at school.

“Just believe in yourself, no matter what you guys do,” he told the kids.
