Fun Candy Corn

  • 10 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup Braum's unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 small box Jello (your choice…I used orange, lime and grape)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small stock pot simmer the butter, corn syrup and sugar till butter is melted.
  4. Stir in the Jell-O and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Put the popcorn in a very large bowl.
  6. Pour the Jell-O mixture over the top of the popcorn and carefully stir to coat the popcorn.
  7. Place the popcorn on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the popcorn from the oven and once it is cooled break into smaller pieces.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
