OHP: Idabel Man Killed In McCurtain County Crash

McCURTAIN COUNTY, Oklahoma -

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating after an Idabel resident was killed when his motorcycle collided with a truck.

According to the report, the crash occurred around 8:20 p.m. Friday, September 30. OHP says a truck turning left onto the southbound lane of U.S. 70, turned into the path of motorcycle driven by 54-year-old Jeffrey Deville.

Deville was pronounced dead from head injuries at a nearby hospital. The patrol's report says Deville wasn't wearing a helmet.
